on privacy.

The beta signup

We use the email address you provide to send a confirmation message and, after you confirm, arrange manual TestFlight access. Confirmed email addresses appear in our private operator dashboard for that purpose. We are not sending public TestFlight links automatically. We record your request and confirmation dates, the version of the consent text, delivery references, and a hash of your confirmation token. Signup is voluntary. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter or create an account in the app.

Cloudflare hosts this website, stores the signup records, and delivers these emails. Its infrastructure processes connection information, including your IP address, to deliver and protect the service. Our application stores only short-lived hashed identifiers for abuse prevention, not raw IP addresses. These identifiers expire within two days.

Unconfirmed records are deleted within eight days after the confirmation link expires. Confirmed records are deleted after one year, during the next daily cleanup. You can ask us to delete your record sooner by emailing us. Ignoring the confirmation email stops the signup; we do not add unconfirmed addresses to the beta access list.

Your journal in the app

Your journal is stored on your iPhone. Voice recordings are transcribed on the device. Entries and context you submit for interpretation are processed through Imoonk’s authenticated service using the OpenAI API. This means interpretation is not entirely offline. Optional server history and memory features can keep the information needed to support those features.

Apple Health access is optional and read-only. You choose the permissions. Cloud backups are opt-in and use Cloudflare R2. Sharing with friends is explicit; the app has no public feed. This website does not receive your journal or Health data.

Your choices

You can withdraw your signup consent and request deletion by contacting us. You can manage Health permissions in iOS and control backup and sharing options in the app. Deleting a beta signup does not delete a separate app account or its records; tell us if you also need help with those.

Our providers may process information outside your country. Their privacy information is available from Cloudflare, OpenAI and Apple. TestFlight is provided by Apple and is subject to Apple’s terms and privacy practices.

You may also contact your local data protection authority, including Croatia’s AZOP, if you have a privacy concern.

No advertising trackers

This website does not add advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party fonts. We do not sell beta signup addresses.
